All plans have a 3-month minimum term. After that, billing continues month-to-month and you can cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
Yes. You can move between tiers at any time. We'll add or remove AI services from your stack and bill the new tier starting the next billing cycle.
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit on calls or messages and recommend either moving to a higher tier or purchasing additional volume. No surprise overage charges.
