James uses natural voice inflection and adaptive conversation flow, which makes it sound humanlike. If a caller asks directly whether they are speaking with AI, James discloses that it is an AI assistant.

We work with service businesses that rely on phone calls, appointments, and lead follow-up, including dental offices, law firms, HVAC companies, real estate agencies, insurance brokers, med spas, fitness studios, and auto service shops.

Most setups are completed within 5 to 10 business days. Timing depends on the plan selected and the complexity of your call flows.

Tiers 0–2 have a 3-month minimum term. Tier 3 (Enterprise) has a 6-month minimum. After the minimum term, billing continues month-to-month with 30-day written notice to cancel.

Our systems are built to support compliance with the TCPA and A2P 10DLC messaging requirements. We work with clients on proper consent and opt-out handling as part of the setup process.
